Starting in April, we are looking for a dedicated chef to boost our team for the new season 2020 (m/f/x).
YOUR RANGE OF DUTIES:
- Preparation of all dishes
- Adherence to quality standards
- Careful and expert storage and use of raw materials and products
- Care, checking and cost-aware use as well as timely ordering of all materials
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed apprenticeship as chef
- Familiarity with Bavarian cuisine is desirable
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and dedication
- Excellent knowledge of German (speaking and comprehension!)
- Driving license and motorised transport are helpful for commuting to work (no public transport!)
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Full time, no split shifts, part time also available OR on €450 basis
- Seasonal employment from end of March to October 2020
- Including weekend work in rotation with colleagues
